    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiation, and representing clients in legal matters. The day-to-day tasks may include drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, client consultations, and collaborating with other attorneys.

    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge of law and labor and employment law
    • Experience in providing legal advice and conducting legal research
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
    • admitted to practice Law in NYS
    • 2 years + litigation experience
