    Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for concrete construction? We are in search of a Permanent Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead large-scale commercial projects.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career and relocate to sunny Florida.

    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our concrete construction projects, from planning to completion, while managing a team of skilled professionals.

    Responsibilities

    As a Senior Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:


    • Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of large commercial concrete construction projects.
    • Managing project teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
    • Developing and implementing project strategies and plans, and ensuring all project objectives are met.
    • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to keep them informed about project progress.
    • Identifying potential project risks and devising and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
    • Ensuring all construction activities comply with industry safety and quality standards.
    • Resolving any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Continuously reviewing and improving project management processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    Qualifications

    To be considered for the Senior Project Manager role, you must meet the following qualifications:


    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in concrete construction.
    • Proven experience in managing large commercial projects from start to finish.
    • A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong strategic planning abilities and a proven track record of effectively managing resources and budgets.
    • A solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
    • Proficiency in project management software tools.
    • Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a team.
    • Willingness to relocate to Florida.
