YOUR TASKS

  • You are responsible for handling service requests and user inquiries
  • You also participate in the manual assignment and installation of software on clients via remote connection
  • Furthermore, you carry out Windows 10 support activities via remote connection
  • You update CMDB (Configuration Management Database) records

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist, IT system electronics technician or similar
  • You have gained knowledge and experience in Windows 10 field service, as well as in common hardware and software products, especially Windows 10
  • You have experience in IT service management and software installation
