We are currently seeking support for our SaaS platform, Alberta, in the areas of technical support and IT administration.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the administration of Microsoft 365, including user management and security management, as well as the management of Azure Active Directory
- You will handle the setup and configuration of hardware for new team members
- You will also support our support team in first and second level support for our software solutions
- You will be responsible for data maintenance and ensuring data quality
- You will provide telephone support and assistance for app users, including remote access to user systems
Qualifications
- You have completed an IT apprenticeship or a comparable qualified training
- Experience in telephone support is desirable
- You have basic knowledge of ticket systems, knowledge databases, IT processes, and systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Azure and Office applications
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy working with customers
