We are currently seeking support for our SaaS platform, Alberta, in the areas of technical support and IT administration.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the administration of Microsoft 365, including user management and security management, as well as the management of Azure Active Directory
You will handle the setup and configuration of hardware for new team members
You will also support our support team in first and second level support for our software solutions
You will be responsible for data maintenance and ensuring data quality
You will provide telephone support and assistance for app users, including remote access to user systems

Qualifications

You have completed an IT apprenticeship or a comparable qualified training
Experience in telephone support is desirable
You have basic knowledge of ticket systems, knowledge databases, IT processes, and systems
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Azure and Office applications
Excellent communication skills and enjoy working with customers
