OUR CLIENT
Our client is a technology company based in Frankfurt-Maintal.

The company specializes in the development and production of intelligent and energy-efficient solutions for controlling and monitoring heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

They offer both hardware and software products to their customers, which can be used in building automation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of onsite construction projects for clients (from installation to commissioning)
Coordination of construction personnel and subcontractors (service providers)
Preparation, management, and followup of construction meetings
Organization and creation of documentation
Ensuring timely and budgetcompliant execution
Regular coordination with project managers
At least 50% international travel required

YOUR PROFILE

Completed technical degree, e.g. in brewing, beverage technology, process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or technical training
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a construction manager or international project manager
Good understanding of process engineering and proficient in English
Structured work style, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
