We are currently seeking a full-time, 36 hours per week, Oncology Nurse Manager.Duties and Responsibilities:

ComplianceAdheres to all organizational policies, procedures, regulatory and statutory rules, acting promptly on all potential discrepancies.
Takes effective corrective action and/or informs appropriate individuals that a compliance breach has occurred.
Personal and Professional AccountabilityMaintains competency in technology required for position (review of quality/risk data, trend analysis, forecasting).Participates in ongoing educational activities related to practice area and professional issues.

Education/Licensure/Certifications/Qualifications:
Current licensure in the state of Maine as a Registered Nurse or Compact licensure.
Must be in good standing with the Board of NursingBSN requiredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
BLS required ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy CertificationOCN Certification preferred3-5 years RN work; charge or equivalent for at least 1 year required5 years RN experience in an Oncology department setting; previous clinical coordinator role or equivalent preferredYork Hospital is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
