Summary Position Description:

The Business Services Coordinator contributes to various aspects of the Business Services department.

This position is responsible for invoicing Clark Service Group's customers as well as assisting with accounts receivable, reconciling Service Technicians' payroll, and other areas as needed.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Invoicing customers for multiple divisions.
  • Collect and update customer credit card information into NetSuite.
  • Process credit card payments and assist Accounts Receivable in C.O.D. aged collectibles.
  • Upload invoices and reconcile thirdparty billing portals.
  • Assist in settling invoice related concerns.
  • Daily reconciliation of technician payroll hours.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with vendors and customers, ensure contact information is current and complete, and resolve any issues timely and respectfully.
  • Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned by the Business Services management team.

Education and Experience:


  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 or more years of billing and customer service experience.

Job Qualifications:


  • Strong Excel skills necessary.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills necessary.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, highvolume environment.
  • Ability to think critically and good problemsolving skills.
  • Oracle NetSuite knowledge preferred.

Physical Demands:


  • This job requires the visual ability to perform detailed work at close distances (computer screens, accounting ledgers).
  • Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (repetitive motion).
  • Ability to sit or stand in front of a computer screen for long periods of time.
  • Ability to communicate verbally via telephone.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
