    Job Description

    Job DescriptionDescription:

    Responsible for reviewing products to make sure they meet company and customer specifications. Pack and correctly label material and boxes on time per schedule.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Supervise the scheduling and facilitation of daily on-time shipments

    · Conducts problem solving for all issues that arise

    · Reads and analyzes: work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine requirements

    · Monitor Stellantis portal and answer shortage tickets as needed

    · Primary customer service contact post PO receipt

    · Confers with Management Team to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments

    · Demonstrates equipment operations and work and safety procedures to employees or assigns/ trains new employees

    · Confers with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, etc.

    · Inputs information into electronic time and attendance system

    · All other duties as assigned by supervisor

    Requirements:

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

    · Experience in Customer Service, Logistics Management, Shipping, Inventory Control or a related field

    · At least 5 years of shipping/receiving experience

    · Forklift experience/certification

    · Must be detail oriented and exhibit a team attitude

    · Ability to perform analysis of the department and recommend and capitalize on improvements of the department/ operation

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

    · Possess excellent communication skills

    · Flexible schedule to accommodate customer requirements as needed

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

    · Experience in customer service and familiar with automotive portals and EDI

    · Prior supervisory experience
