    Description
    We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our team.

    As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of new applications and processes, particularly those related to Oracle implementations.

    Your expertise in change management will be essential in guiding our organization through transformational initiatives.
    Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the smooth implementation of Oracle solutions.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, project managers, and business stakeholders, to drive change initiatives.
    Create communication and training plans to prepare staff for the transition to Oracle systems.
    Coach managers and supervisors on effective implementation communication.
    Monitor implementation progress and report updates to senior management.
    Identify and manage project risks related to change adoption.
    Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
    Prepare reports and presentations on project updates and results.

    Required Skills & Experience

    10+ of experience in change management, with a focus on large-scale transformations
    Proven track record of successfully implementing Oracle solutions and/or accounting workstreams
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
    Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.

    Nice to Have Skills & Experience

    Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
    Experience with Oracle Fusion, E-Business Suite, or other Oracle products.

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.

    Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
