- Create and implement change management strategies that boost employee adoption, minimize resistance, and drive quantifiable utilization and behavior shifts for enhanced value creation and ROI.
- Establish partnerships and work closely with internal stakeholders, including initiative sponsors, to ensure successful implementation of change management plans.
- Utilize structured methodologies and tools from the Enterprise Change Management team to drive change initiatives effectively.
- Develop various change management artifacts like Case for Change, Change Readiness Assessment, Stakeholder Identification, and Communication Plans to support the change process.
- Strategically align business needs, evaluate stakeholder readiness, and engage with sponsors and senior leaders to facilitate change.
- Collaborate with HR and organizational development teams to provide coaching and intervention as needed.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify key influencers and networks to accelerate adoption processes.
- Provide strategic and tactical plans to manage change portfolios effectively.
- 8+ years of experience in managing complex enterprise initiatives using change management principles and tools.
- Proven track record in executing change management plans effectively, especially in large-scale organizational transformations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
- Growth mindset and ability to drive continuous improvement.
