    Roth Staffing is hiring a Change Management Practitioner III for a client in the life insurance industry.


    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Change Management Practitioner has a crucial role in ensuring that change initiatives align with organizational goals by enhancing employee adoption, utilization, and proficiency through effective change management strategies. As part of the Enterprise Change Management team, this individual will collaborate with key stakeholders to address the human aspects of change, such as modifications in business processes, systems, job roles, and organizational structures.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Create and implement change management strategies that boost employee adoption, minimize resistance, and drive quantifiable utilization and behavior shifts for enhanced value creation and ROI.
    • Establish partnerships and work closely with internal stakeholders, including initiative sponsors, to ensure successful implementation of change management plans.
    • Utilize structured methodologies and tools from the Enterprise Change Management team to drive change initiatives effectively.
    • Develop various change management artifacts like Case for Change, Change Readiness Assessment, Stakeholder Identification, and Communication Plans to support the change process.
    • Strategically align business needs, evaluate stakeholder readiness, and engage with sponsors and senior leaders to facilitate change.
    • Collaborate with HR and organizational development teams to provide coaching and intervention as needed.
    • Integrate change management activities into project plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Identify key influencers and networks to accelerate adoption processes.
    • Provide strategic and tactical plans to manage change portfolios effectively.

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience
    • 8+ years of experience in managing complex enterprise initiatives using change management principles and tools.
    • Proven track record in executing change management plans effectively, especially in large-scale organizational transformations.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to develop compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
    • Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders.
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
    • Growth mindset and ability to drive continuous improvement.
