Your contribution:


  • In our process team, you are jointly responsible for shaping the company's processes.
  • You independently analyze the processes and develop recommendations for action in terms of adaptation and optimization needs.
  • You act as an interface between the operational units and the internal IT service provider.
  • You document the work processes in the companywide manual.
  • In addition, you support employees in their daily inquiries.

What you bring with you:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business or a comparable field.
  • Analytical thinking skills and a structured, solutionoriented way of working.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in process management and in analyzing and optimizing processes is desirable.
  • General IT system affinity, good handling of MS Office.
  • A high degree of flexibility, integrity, and commitment.
