Human Resources Generalist

CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, physical health, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing, substance use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of both behavioral health and mental health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Generalist provides support and recommendations to the delivery of human resources services with specific responsibility for providing information to employees regarding policies and regulations; addressing a variety of issues and/or providing support to managers; maintaining records, files and databases of personnel actions, evaluation, and longevity; and ensuring that personnel functions conform to applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsible for benefit administration for all employees in the responsible locations/programs. Manages ADA, FMLA, FLSA established processes and procedures.
Skills/Requirements

Associates in a related field, or
3 years' experience in the HR field, or
Any similar combination of education and experience
Strong background in Leaves (i.e. FMLA)
