    Job DescriptionDescriptionOur Client Service Representative (CSRs) are the first point of contact for all clients needing assistance at our front desk. Their job is to act as a liaison between pet owners and our clinical team that is caring for their pet.

    This is a fast-paced position, as we are an integral part to a busy hospital with many different teams and departments. This opening is for the overnight shift.

    Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
    • Handling client relations
    • Checking in/out patients
    • Answering phone calls
    • Maintaining cleanliness of the lobby and exam rooms
    • Working with all departments, helping to organize referral scheduling, direct questions, and relay any further information or requests
    This is not a complete list of job duties; some tasks may be assigned or reassigned as policies and procedures change
    We are looking for applicants with:
    • Strong customer service and reception experience
    • A history or knowledge basis in veterinary medicine
    • Strong communication and organization skills
    • The ability to multi task
    • Conflict resolution skills
    • Willing to move frequently in a fast paced atmosphere
