Junior Appraiser (m/f/d):

Our S-Servicepartner Nordrhein-Westfalen is located in the beautiful city of Münster.
Here, we offer services for our clients in the areas of personnel management, property valuation, and garnishment and S-Vorsorge Plus.
Your new tasks:
- Preparation of property appraisals for standard residential properties (market and loan value)
- Conducting regular reviews of property appraisals
- Conducting property inspections (interior and exterior)
- Document check ensuring completeness of documents submitted for orders, including requesting additional documents if necessary
- Research tasks (location descriptions, comparison data, obtaining information, etc.)
- Organizational tasks (statistics, billing, etc.)
Your strengths count:
- Education in banking or real estate or a comparable qualification with experience in the valuation of standard properties
- Basic knowledge of property management and legal foundations (PfandBG, BelWertV, BauGB, ImmoWertV, BauNVO, BauO NRW, WertR)
- High quality and control awareness
- Strong team and communication
