    Clinical Lead, Veterinary ER/CCU - Overnight Shift, SAGE Redwood City

    Do you love providing exceptional care for animals? Are you an experienced current Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), or an experienced Senior Veterinary Assistant who can help organize, motivate, coach, and address issues in an open, tactful, and humble manner? No previous supervisory experience is needed, we are ready to help the right candidate grow into this position.

    Manage a team of RVTs and Veterinary Assistants
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ER/CCU department, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care
    Implement and maintain protocols and procedures to uphold clinical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements
    Facilitate direct or indirect training for department staff
    Manage department payroll and staffing costs, including review and approval of timecards
    Deliver results in areas of staff development, best practices (SOPs), training, client satisfaction, and safety
    The compensation range for this role falls between $30-$45 an hour with additional paid overnight shift differentials.
    3+ years of clinical experience in an ER/CCU setting
    ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    ~ Excellent positive and productive communication skills, both verbally and in writing

    ER/CCU specialty experience

    Full-time (40 hours)
    ~ Overnight Shift
    ~Flexible schedule with the ability to provide mentoring and coaching on all shifts
