Your Responsibilities

  • You will inspect and evaluate suspected cases generated by the control bridges and columns for controlled vehicles with regard to possible violations of toll obligations
  • You will independently create hearing letters and preliminary additional payment notices according to our templates
  • You will analyze cases for possible toll exemption circumstances
  • You will review and evaluate the statements of toll customers and create additional payment notices
  • You will document your results in the control process
  • You will respond to written customer inquiries regarding additional payments
Your Profile

  • You are a student of humanities, business administration, business law, public administration or a similar field of study
  • You are interested in learning about new systems
  • You are characterized by teamwork and reliability
  • You have a consistently focused and qualityconscious work style
  • You are willing to support us for at least 12 months, 1520 hours per week
