Your responsibilities:

Project management in the area of component responsibility
Coordination and supervision of subcontractors
Transfer and support of sample production for individual parts and components
Identification of optimal manufacturing methods
Product, production, and plant optimization
Cost, schedule, and result control, development of schedules
Planning of type and number of operating resources with a variety of functions/processing stages
Suggesting constructive changes, calculating savings, suggesting the use of new processing methods, initiating production trials, monitoring and analyzing results
Developing rationalization measures: reducing production times, developing, coordinating, and implementing process improvements, and monitoring their results
