    We are in search of a skilled, experienced buyer's agent to join our team of real estate professionals. As a buyer's agent, you will guide clients through the entire home-buying process, from contacting leads to closing the deal.     Compensation Range:

    $85,000 - $135,000 annually

    Responsibilities:
    • Act as the intermediary between clients and listing agents for seamless transactions
    • Assist buyers in budgeting and exploring mortgage options
    • Provide crucial insights on the local housing market to potential buyers
    • Coordinate showings, present homes, and engage in open house events
    • Prepare essential documents for sale closures
    • Adhere to team strategies
    • Schedule buyer meetings
    • Follow up with leads
    • Conduct consultations
    • Manage necessary paperwork
    • Achieve sales closures
    • Proficient in CRM and database operations
    • Skilled in sales conversations
    Qualifications:
    • Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license for transportation
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Demonstrated success in real estate
    • Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
    • Active real estate license
    • Prior sales experience
    • Potential for commission
