Your Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and company events
- Handling internal and external correspondence, such as creating quotes, invoices, and documentation
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data maintenance and file management
- Organizing communication between our branches
- Managing personnel
- Working with common computer programs such as MS Office
