For our Human Resources department in Berlin, we are looking for a

Human Resources Administrator or Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) Consulting and Support for Employees and Managers in Personnel Matters

What to expect:

Our team, consisting of 8 employees, is looking for a competent HR professional. We currently support and advise approximately employees and are the contact for managers, employees, and the works council at the DLR science locations in Berlin, Cochstedt, Cottbus, Dresden, Jena, Neustrelitz, and Zittau.

Our responsibilities include the entire spectrum from advertising a vacant position to contract negotiations and support for employees throughout their career at DLR until the end of their employment. This does not include recruiting.
