    Job Summary & Responsibilities

    • Provides ownership and leadership in Product Management for the Dragonfly
    • 80% Internal facing role, (Field Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Inside Sales)
    • 20% External providing direct support to customers alongside Field Sales
    • Position is 100% in office, enabling collaboration with their teammates
    • 5% domestic travel, 5% international travel
    • Develops the Product Roadmap along with Product Marketing
    • Works closely with their counterpart in Product Marketing
    • Develops the Product Requirement Document for New Product Introductions
    • Technical Expert for their Product
    • Review Product Customization requests with Engineering
    • Participates in the Execution of Projects on their Products
    • Works with Inside Sales for complex spec reviews and product customization
    • Works with Inside Sales and Manufacturing on Product Configurations
    • Tracks and drives improvements in Install/Warranty times/expense
    • Drives cost reductions on their Products
    • Graded by the performance of their product in overall market share and product performance (install times, I&W, COGS reduction).
    • Works directly with Manufacturing on product configurations.
    • Manages End of Life (EOL) for their product and subsystems
    • Own product metrics tracking/analysis and determine the action plans for improvement.
    • Presents the "health" of their Product quarterly to Senior Executives in a formal setting
    Qualifications
    • Minimum 5 years of semiconductor industry experience or 7+ years experience in technical capital equipment
    • Inspection/Metrology experience preferred
    • Application/Product Management background preferred
    • Technical Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
    • Excellent communicator. Exhibits passion and excitement on the Products
