    We are looking for a motivated IT Operations Manager based in Irving, TX to lead their New York and Dallas/Irving, Texas IT teams.

    This person will be responsible for leading the IT staff to carry out the upgrading and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.

    The right person will ensure the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software used within the organization.

    This person will also provide senior technical experience with solutions such Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Protection, Okta, Google G-Suite, Meraki / Ubiquiti networks (WiFi / wired), Zscaler, on-boarding, and off-boarding employees, isolating problems and implementing solutions.

    The IT Operations Manager will work directly with the internal IT team, external vendors and manufacturers to discover and communicate technical solutions.


    Responsibilities:
    Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software necessary for daily operations of business functions


    Including:

    automation with access provisioning, employee self service delivery systems, and system integrations via APIInstall, maintain, and monitor network hardware and establish network security best practicesManage, triage and maintain appropriate SLA for incoming requestsMentor team members and be vested in their growth and developmentProvide advanced technical assistance and support for incoming queries either in person or over slack, or the phone for issues related to computer systems, network, software, and hardwareEngage with 3rd party vendors to determine root cause of problems when appropriate.

    Run reports to catalog and diagnose malfunctions that continue to occurManage IT projects in Jira/ Zendesk; create, participate and manage the on-call escalation rotationPrimary owner of creating and maintaining IT internal/partner support Runbooks, and employee support documentation; Lead capture and resolution IT support issues in IT support channelsSupport Octane's on-site physical infrastructure as users requireMentor team members, answer technical and process questions to resolve issues brought forth and be vested in their growth and developmentEnsure positive team morale and productivityCheck and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by technical staffMonitor and determine various staffing and training needs of the teamRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree strongly preferred5 to 7 years experience with automation, integrating various IT applications via API for facilitating on-boarding and off-boarding of employee resources strongly preferred3+ Years managing a geographically dispersed team supporting a hybrid workforceExperience with Powershell, bash, shell scripting experienceExperience supporting software products such as Windows, Office, OSX, iPhone and Android Tablets and phonesAbility to troubleshoot identify and access management software configurationsSecurity+ or Network+/CCNA/CCNP or equivalentSSO/SAML setup experience preferredBenefits:Robust Health Care Plans (Medical, Dental & Vision)
