Night Shift Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Cleveland, MS.
Your responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordination
- Training and instruction of employees
- Quality management
- Regular meetings and coordination for process optimization
- Oncall duty
- Participation in developing concepts and measures
- Creating work instructions
What you should bring:
- Professional experience
- Certificate of competence according to §34a of the Trade Regulation Act
- Class B driver's license
- Clean criminal record
- Resilience and flexibility
- Willingness to work shifts (night, weekends, and holidays)
