- Provide expertise and assistance to the client regarding Marketing Cloud (MC) functionalities, with a focus on:
- Training staff on utilizing Journey Builder for event-related communications.
- Assisting in modifying data extensions and conducting training on managing contacts.
- Updating permissions and providing training on folder/component segregation.
- Offering solutions for complex issues utilizing Marketing Cloud features, including facilitating training sessions.
- Assisting in updating and customizing automated communications and conducting related training.
- Configuring Marketing Cloud features based on current implementation and providing training.
- Supporting updates to AMPscript and training on its usage.
- Developing additional templates as necessary and providing training.
- Creating and delivering training materials for fundamental Marketing Cloud functions.
- Offering consultation on best practices and sharing insights for success.
- Conduct root cause analysis of Marketing Cloud features to identify and address issues across Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Participate in regular audits to ensure smooth data flow between Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, resolving integration issues when necessary.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and support.
- Knowledge of coding languages such as AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience in facilitating training sessions and developing training materials.
- Ability to document processes and convey complex information in a clear manner.
- Familiarity with bounce management in Marketing Cloud and its integration with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience in production support and issue resolution for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Service Cloud integrations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with other Salesforce products, such as Tableau.
