IT Operations Specialist
all'interno dell'Area Servizi Generali e IT. In collaborazione con le colleghe e i colleghi del team, la persona si occuperà di garantire che il dominio tecnologico della Fondazione sia implementato secondo la progettazione e supportato in linea con le aspettative dell'organizzazione, identificando e prevenendo eventuali rischi e i problemi tecnici.
In particolare, le principali mansioni saranno:
Fornire supporto come helpdesk ICT di 1° livello per il personale della Fondazione, gestendo le richieste di supporto sia hardware che software, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi di risposta e risoluzione previsti;
Monitorare lo stato dei servizi e dell'infrastruttura IT di produzione client\server e degli allarmi ricevuti dal sistema;
Fornire supporto infrastrutturale ed applicativo garantendo la stesura ed il costante aggiornamento di tutta la documentazione operativa per assicurare la corretta apertura e chiusura delle richieste di servizio e degli incidenti, segnalando, gestendo e risolvendo tempestivamente eventuali disservizi e collaborando con le strutture di supporto aziendali interne ed esterne tramite l'analisi di log e troubleshooting;
Assemblare ed effettuare la manutenzione hardware dei computer (cambio componenti, sostituzione hard disk, pulizia, ecc.);
Installare S.O. e programmi applicativi oltre alla manutenzione/aggiornamento dei software già installati;
Recuperare dati da hard disk danneggiati;
Configurare e mantenere smartphone e telefoni VOIP;
Configurare e mantenere Rete Locale LAN, modem, router, repeater, powerline;
Configurare e mantenere stampanti di rete e altre periferiche;
Gestire l'intero inventario hardware e software;
Gestire gli accessi IT in linea con le policy aziendali;

Conoscenze e competenze richieste:
3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di IT Operations Specialist o simili;
Conoscenza approfondita delle reti di telecomunicazione, VLAN, VPN, sistemi di firewalling;
Conoscenza sistemi di backup (cloud, on premise);
Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi operativi Windows (client/server);
Conoscenza approfondita nella gestione dei servizi Microsoft 365.
Sede di lavoro: Viale Isonzo 25 – 20135 Milano (MI). Richieste la presenza in ufficio, con 10 giorni di smartworking al mese.
