Your tasks:


  • Operational management of your restaurant in consultation with the operations management
  • Independent leadership of the team and creation of a collegial atmosphere on equal footing
  • Ensuring smooth operational and administrative processes

  • Control and compliance with standards regarding food and service quality
  • Quality assurance through regular service and product training
  • Role model and mentor for the entire team

What you should bring:


Your qualifications:


  • Professional, friendly demeanor for an optimal guest experience

  • Good German and English skills

Your experience:


  • At least three years of proven professional experience in (system) gastronomy as a manager
  • Completed gastronomic training, but career changers
