- Developing and growing the profitability of multiple shops in the NW & Trimac Energy
- Finding continuous improvement in efficiencies to achieve financial targets.
- Leading Service Managers in their area;
- P&L responsibility for their area
- Assisting shop operations to meet to exceed the service performance requirements of eternal customers
- Overseeing and regulating the day-to-day operations in their area;
- Developing and preparing operation plans, programs, budgets and forecasts;
- Ensuring the most effective utilization of facilities, equipment and manpower using continuous improvement tools
- Creating and maintaining positive relations with our customers
- Establishing and maintaining the necessary operational systems and procedures and maintain limitations and controls.

- High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Requires a minimum of five (5) years of management/operations experience in the transportation business.
