    Description
    The Director of Finance/Assistant CFO will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial activities of our organization.

    This is not a typical 9-5 role; it requires a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly navigate between operational and day-to-day accounting functions.

    The ideal candidate should be an accredited accountant (CAA, CPA) with extensive experience in consolidation, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or tours/cruise ships industries.


    Responsibilities:
    Consolidate financial data from 20+ hospitality businesses across three major divisions.

    Work closely with divisional CFOs to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

    Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management.

    Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the organization.

    Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures.

    Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

    Mentor and develop finance team members for future leadership roles.


    Requirements:
    Accredited accountant (CAA, CPA ) with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

    Proven experience consolidating financial data from multiple entities, preferably in diverse locations or islands.

    Previous experience working in a senior director finance role, with exposure to operations and day-to-day accounting functions.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

    Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or tours/cruise ships industries is preferred.

    Familiarity with Caribbean operations is advantageous
