    Description

    A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Remote Care Manager. The Care Manager would be working for a major company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

    Care Manager Compensation

    • The pay for this position is between $36-40 per hour
    • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
    • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

    Care Manager Highlights

    • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
    • The required availability for this position is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm PST (Must reside in PST timezone)

    Care Manager Responsibilities

    · Outreaching member to enroll them in CM program

    · Building care plans, medication review, assessments care plans

    Care Manager Requirements

    • Registered Nurse with Active State License (CA) Must be CA regardless or state of residence
    • Associates, Bachelor's, or higher degree or accredited nursing diploma
    • 2+ years of clinical nursing experience with at least 1 year in Managed Care
    • Strong Computer skills, including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet and web-based programs

    Care Manager Preferred Qualifications

    • Home Health Experience
    • Case Management experience in a remote environment
