- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience participating or leading financial forecasting, budgeting, financial model development processes required.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross functional team leadership required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience healthcare, particularly in a managed care setting required.
- Experience with Workday ERP or equivalent ERP system preferred
- Report building experience utilizing reporting and database tools/software (i.e. Tableau, Adaptive, etc.) required
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).

Job Overview
The Manager, Managed Care Revenue position oversees the revenue cycle related to health plan contracts. Ensures maximization of revenue (capitation, P4P, other incentives, etc.). Works with VP FP&A, DSS Director, MSO and Internal Data team to develop reports, KPI's to ensure profitability and adequacy of capitation rates amongst health plans and develops forecast, models to assist operations with contract negotiations. Assists with monitoring performance and quality metrics established by various health plans to maximize incentive revenue. Continuously monitors to ensure financial data is within budget/ expectations or escalate unfavorable trends to the VP FP&A. Timeliness analysis is of essence to ensure solutions are implemented by operations to drive change as needed.
