Job Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and issues from global customers through various channels, such as email and LiveChat.
- Handle customer complaints and conduct thorough investigations using available tools. Document and store all research and investigation outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to address complaints and feedback related to our products and services, such as our website and platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our latest products and services, as well as industry trends, to better assist customers.
- Escalate any unresolved matters or queries to the appropriate manager or higher, following the operational escalation matrix.
