At Climax, MN, our Merchandising department is responsible for the stocking of goods for new store openings and renovations across Germany Our team positions nearly 18,000 different items on shelves according to specific layout guidelines.

This requires speed and flexibility to ensure our customers don't have to wait too long for their ROSSMANN products.


What you'll do with us:


  • You will lead three group leaders who coordinate approximately 90 employees nationwide, responsible for stocking goods according to layout guidelines for new store openings and renovations
  • As a strategist and leader, you will drive and support various projects with a 360° view to advance crossfunctional processes, implement strategic goals, and further develop the entire department
  • You will work closely with your group leaders and develop them in terms of leadership, independent organization, and responsibility for the construction projects
  • Despite the distance, you will stay in touch with your employees and gather firsthand information through regular nationwide travel
  • As the first point of contact for your department, you will maintain close communication with various interfaces, such as sales, logistics, and store construction

What you bring to the table:

  • First and foremost, we value your motivation: your drive to actively advance your department and employees and effectively represent the topics of your department
  • On a professional level, you have gained relevant experience (at least 4 years) in the field of stocking/merchandising and have experience in both technical and disciplinary leadership
