About flat-mate:

As a young and dynamic team, we manage and rent furnished living spaces in the top locations of Berlin. Our primary target group consists of international young professionals and students. In addition to our core business of shared apartments, we also offer furnished business apartments.


Your tasks:


  • From the handover of a new apartment, you independently plan the appropriate furnishings and equipment for the premises
  • You manage all purchasing processes in the company and coordinate with external service providers
  • After completing the furnishing of a property, you organize a professional photoshoot and hand over the apartment to our rental team

Your profile:


  • You work in a structured, independent and timeeffective manner
  • You are interested in interior design and have an eye for the appropriate selection of furnishings
  • Ideally, you are a true organizational talent
  • You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
  • You are proficient in common MS Office applications
