- Design and develop control systems for Automation Solutions, Power Generation, and Packaged Equipment projects.
- Program PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and/or DCS (Distributed Control System) systems to meet project requirements.
- Development / Execution of Test Procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems with other components and subsystems.
- Development of Control System Functional Specifications
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Provide technical support and assistance to project teams during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve control system designs and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing and programming PLC (Allen Bradley ControlLogix)
- HMI programming (Wonderware, Allen-Bradley)
- Experience working on PlantPAx system is a plus.
- Experience working on Yokogawa DCS is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, function block diagram, structured text, etc.
- Development of documentation (Functional Specification, Control Narrative, I/O List, Cause and Effect, Operations Manual, Testing Procedure).
- Familiarity with industry standards and protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in the oil & gas industry is preferred but not required.
