We are a company that specializes in holistic project management for exciting and challenging retail and interior design projects in El Paso.

Our team works closely with our CAD department to ensure the furniture is constructed according to specifications. We also coordinate schedules and oversee the installation and work of all trades involved. As a liaison between our clients, production team, and external contractors, we take on project-specific leadership responsibilities. We also handle project controlling and work closely with colleagues in estimation, logistics, and key account management.
