We are currently looking for a Mobile Service Employee / DB Information (m/f/d) for DB Station&Service AG at our location in Freiburg.

Your responsibilities include:

Being part of the customer service team at DB Information, including providing active assistance to travelers on the platform and in the station area
Ensuring nondiscriminatory traveler information using the provided information systems and media, even in case of disruptions, platform changes, or train cancellations
Providing assistance to travelers and developing alternative travel options in case of missed connections in coordination with the 3S center
Handling tasks related to passenger rights (issuing taxi vouchers, etc.)
Checking the accuracy and appearance of notices and brochures, accepting lost and found items, and issuing delay certificates for longdistance and regional trains
Acting as a representative of the company in the station and carrying out special tasks as directed by the station management or station service management

Your profile:

You have completed a vocational training or have equivalent experience in customer service and service provision
Ideally, you have good knowledge of traffic geography
You have a strong service orientation and willingness to communicate, as well as excellent communication
