    Job Title: Service Advisor - Dealership

    Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 per year (Based on Experience)

    Position Overview:

    As a Service Advisor, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and our service department. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating service appointments, providing information on service options, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and a background in retail trucking or automotive service.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, assess their service needs, and provide accurate information on available services.
  • Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments, allocate work to technicians, and ensure timely completion of service jobs.
  • Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their equipment, provide estimates, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of service orders, parts usage, and customer interactions.
  • Technical Assistance: Collaborate with service technicians to gather information on equipment issues and convey relevant details to customers.
  • Upselling Services: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or maintenance packages to customers.
    • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an retail trucking/automotive dealership or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with agriculture equipment and basic technical understanding.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in computerized service management systems.
    • Salary and Benefits:
