Overview of Position:

Heiser is looking to fill open positions for Service Advisors. We are searching for professional individuals with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, a desire to interact with our guests, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and follow instructions. Service Consultants at Heiser work in our Service Department handling various administrative and customer service tasks such as providing cost estimates, monitoring repair progress, and creating detailed reports on time and labor expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Identify vehicle performance issues and service needs
  • Regular contact with guests regarding service updates
  • Validate warranty and service agreement coverage
  • Prepare cost estimates for services
  • Create repair orders
  • Act as a liaison between guests and Technicians
  • Ensure clear communication between guests and Technicians regarding service requirements
  • Ensure guests are informed about recommended services or repairs

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Valid and clean WI Driver's License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Team player with the ability to also work independently
  • Openness to learning and following directions
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work setting
