My Responsibilities

  • Creating, executing, and recording monthly billing including quantity checks and reconciliation with suppliers and operations
  • Preparing billing and purchasing data for various government reports and internal reporting purposes
  • Reviewing and tracking monthly supplier, bank, and freight invoices, and partially determining necessary booking (price hedging transactions)
  • Conducting, documenting, and monitoring price and currency hedging transactions
  • Coordinating driving methods, coal blends, coal quantities, and coal types in collaboration with power plant operators, coal loading, and suppliers
  • Tracking analysis data and checking for compliance with contract limits and power plant limits, reacting to deviations and fluctuations as needed (e.g. adjusting blends, clarifying with suppliers)
  • Handling complaints (e.g. for quality deviations, delivery problems)
  • Preparing coal data for planning purposes (coal quantity planning, MiFri, inventory planning, cost planning)
  • Determining, booking, and reporting on other fuels used in power plants (heating oil, waste, natural gas)

My Qualifications

  • Successfully completed commercial training, such as industrial clerk, technical business administrator, business specialist, or equivalent
  • SAP knowledge, preferably in module R11 (including ZMU)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Independent, teamoriented, and dedicated work style
  • Sense of responsibility, flexibility, and a high level of initiative
