    Responsibilities

    Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide customized recommendations.

    Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and offering solutions.

    Policy Customization: Create and propose insurance plans tailored to each client's individual requirements.

    Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios through additional coverage options.

    Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term client relationships for continued satisfaction and loyalty.

    Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends and developments to deliver well-informed advice and solutions.


    Requirements

    Licensing: Possess an active insurance license, preferably in the state of Georgia.

    Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

    Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.

    Customer Focus: Demonstrated dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.

    Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment, balancing independence with team collaboration.
