Description

These are your responsibilities:

Deployment planning and control of field service technicians
Organization of spare parts provision
Technical customer consultation and contact person for the service hotline
Warranty processing
Order processing and invoice verification

You bring with you:

Training as an electrician, agricultural and construction machinery or automotive mechatronics technician, or freight forwarder with technical affinity (m/f/d)
Experience in the machinery and plant sector, preferably in the areas of drive technology, hydraulics, control electronics, mechanics, and transportation
Basic commercial knowledge
Proficient in using a PC
Strong customer orientation
Flexibility, selfmotivation, and teamwork skills
