Our client is a leading German online company. We are currently seeking a Dental Assistant (m/f/d) for their Hamburg location in the healthcare department. This position can be filled either full-time or part-time starting at 24 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities

Customer Consultation: You will be the direct contact (m/f/d) for existing and new customers (no cold calling) for all questions regarding dental insurance. You will communicate with customers via phone and email, providing individual and customeroriented advice.
Proposal Development: Creating customized proposals for dental insurance is part of your responsibilities. You will analyze the needs of customers (m/f/d) and present tailored solutions to optimize their insurance coverage.
Data Management: Accurate and thorough management of customer data is essential in your daily work. You will maintain an overview and ensure accurate documentation of all relevant information.
Application Processing: You will be responsible for the smooth processing of insurance applications. This includes efficient coordination between customers (m/f/d) and insurance companies to ensure a timely process.
