Customer Care Coordinator (d/w/m)

Your Responsibilities


Our client has received the wrong product (pump/pump system) or the goods have been lost during transport? As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will handle our customer complaints within the DACH region and contribute to further increasing customer satisfaction.


What to Expect

  • Coordinating and clarifying customer complaints in SAP-CRM and the QIP (Quality Improvement Portal) in collaboration with the involved partners from production, quality, logistics, service, finance, purchasing, and our end customers
  • Utilizing purchasing and logistics data/complaint data for continuous improvement and deriving measures to enhance the customer experience
  • Requesting followup documents such as orders, credit notes, and direct debits through our internal forms
  • Creating return authorizations
  • Responsible for promoting process adoption and understanding within the CSSC (Sales Support)
  • Highlighting process/tool issues to the Business Process Owner
  • Supporting the Business Process Owner and the COMEX department in identifying improvement potentials and implementing new processes
  • Assisting with other related processes within the support function organization

What We Expect

  • Completed training in a recognized apprenticeship profession with a minimum duration of 3 years (e.g. industrial clerk, forwarding agent, bank clerk, construction draftsman, technical draftsman, electrician, plant mechanic)
  • Additional work experience (1 to 3 years) in addition to the specialist knowledge
  • Very good IT skills (MS
