- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports for all subsidiaries, including:
- income statements
- balance sheets
- cash flow statements
- other relevant financial metrics
- Establish standardized financial reporting processes across the group companies.
- Control and manage the company payable and receivables to ensure everything balances correctly.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis at both group and individual company levels, identifying areas of synergy, potential cost savings, and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the group including working with individual CEO's to ensure that their financial plans are consistent with the group overarching strategy.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO, Group CFO and other senior executives to support informed decision-making.
- Will have at least 8 years' experience working in accounts – Essential
- CPA qualified – Essential
- US GAAP knowledge – Essential
- IFRS knowledge – Desirable
- Knowledge of transfer pricing – Desirable
- IT software or similar industry experience – Desirable
