The newly founded BG Gastro Holding will strengthen the BRAWO GROUP in the field of corporate investments.

With the planned acquisition of a successful gastronomy chain with 5 locations and the nationally successful flagship project, ÜBERLAND in Braunschweig, which is led by Tim Mälzer, another milestone will be reached in the hospitality industry in the region.

With around 370 employees, the BG Gastro Holding will be one of the largest of the over 380 subsidiaries of the BRAWO GROUP, which are firmly established in the regional market of Braunschweig, Wolfsburg and the surrounding area and are now also active nationwide.

We are currently looking for a Head of Finance (m/f/d) for the areas of accounting, taxes, finance and controlling to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities as a master of numbers:
Leading the finance department with classic management tasks Creating financial planning for the holding company and individual gastronomy businesses Monitoring ongoing financial accounting, monthly and annual financial statements Acting as a contact person for accounting issues and tax law questions Risk and liquidity management Acting as a sparring partner for the management in strategic decisions within short and long-term planning Professional internal reporting and reporting to the management Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations Your qualifications: A degree in economics or proven experience in a similar position for at least 5 years, ideally in the hospitality industry (e.g. hotel industry) Comprehensive knowledge in the areas of investment planning, risk management, budget
