Job Description:


  • Serve as the main point of contact for managers and employees regarding all aspects of payroll accounting
  • Provide support to external partners for company pension plans
  • Act as the central contact for external wage tax audits, as well as for internal and external entities (such as financial accounting, tax, controlling, social security agencies, and authorities)
  • Review matters related to income tax and social security law
  • Manage personnel files
  • Oversee time tracking

Qualifications:


  • Basic knowledge of tax and social security law
  • Familiarity with payroll processes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and accurately
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Confident and friendly demeanor
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in English and German
