- Work with stores and product managers to create event flyers for training and counter days
- Develop layouts for ads, training manuals, promotional flyers, posters and banners
- Print flyers and posters to send out to branches and customers
- Maintain customer address database
- Send out promotional materials as requested
- Act as the main point of contact for the marketing production printer
- Manage the marketing general inbox and respond to requests
- Work as the main point of contact for all marketing requests
- Assist with online registrations
- Outstanding organizations skills
- Ability to multi task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Coachable team player
- Capacity to grow with departmental needs
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs occasionally
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign with working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
- HVAC/R wholesale experience is a plus
- General printing knowledge is a plus
- Excel experience required
