Your Responsibilities

  • You will lead pilot projects on key topics in the field of Lean Management and value stream design
  • You will sensitize and train process owners on lean production strategies
  • You will establish, secure and consolidate process standards in production and logistics
  • You will contribute to cross-site value stream, space and process strategies as well as the further development of the MONTAPLAST production system

Your Profile

  • Completed studies (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar)
  • Extensive professional experience in implementing projects in the field of Lean Management and/or value stream design
  • Relevant further education is an advantage
  • Expert knowledge in focus areas such as factory planning, production technology or logistics is an advantage
  • Experience in change management projects is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a drive for shaping processes
  • Independent and goal-oriented work style
