Trade Marketing Manager

Job Duties:
As a staff level position in the Hispanic Brands department, the Trade Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to analyze sales & profit objectives.
The position will develop and manage tools to ensure the proper operation of the business and prepares sales and financial reporting.
Other responsibilities for this position are marketing and accounting support.Propose, test, and validate new developments in SAP sales module and new versions in the sales application to meet business requirements.
Coordinate with IT on route restructurings and reconfiguration of the sales application. Implement and train the sales representatives on new tools to optimize the sales operation. Analyze and evaluate key data and metrics to find opportunities to increase volume and margins. Prepare annual budget for Hispanic Brand division (volume, price, margin, and EBITDA). Estimate weekly volume sales by CEDI and support and assist regional branches and administration in P&Ls. Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for more efficient management of data or processes. Manage customer master data on SAP, Hana, strategic sales portal and optimize the maintenance of the data. Build queries to analyze sales data on the sales application.Update and analyze discounts by region and branch at product / customer level, analyze EBITDA to SKU level included plan profits.
Coordinate and manage launching for new SKUs with logistics and marketing department. Validate and enhance reporting information, reports, breakdowns and follow up as needed on information. Redesign executive and operations reporting systems.Support and assist regional branches in problems regarding operations with the sales application and the sales module on SAP (orders, prices, customers, BOL, invoicing).
Manage price list and update them in SAP system. Works with multiple account managers/sales directors/departments to discuss and prioritize work initiatives.Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Finance, Marketing or related. Proficient in database programs. Bilingual English/Spanish. Experience with SAP sales module and mobile devices. This is a telecommuting position with remote worksite. May telecommute/work from home from any location in the U.S.
