- Supports routine day-to-day implementation and maintenance tasks related to the plant quality system.
- Supports quality team in following quality control plans and flange connection inspections.
- Supports plant quality training related to key quality system requirements to meet site turnaround quality needs as well as the use of supporting tools and processes to achieve plant and business quality goals.
- Monitors effectiveness of the plant's quality management system. Supports strategic improvement opportunities.
- Supports quality problem solving efforts through execution of data traceability.Experience
- Short-Cycle Tertiary Degree (i.e. Associate's Degree) in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) field plus manufacturing or other related experience

Quality Assurance ManagerExecutes a variety of plant/department quality tasks and activities, as defined in established procedures or project plans, to enable the business to profitably meet customer and product regulatory requirements related to the quality management system. Helps promote a customer-focused culture within a plant with complex interfaces and/or requirements and enhances the front-line knowledge and accountability for quality. Requires broadened technical skills in analytical methods to perform a defined of activities. May act as an informal resource for team members with less experience.
